- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water, chopped
- 1 cooking oil spray
Instructions for making a Taco Bowl
- Preheat oven to 375, invert 4-6 ounce flan cups onto the baking sheet.
- Cover the tortilla with a damp paper towel and heat until plasticized, about 30 seconds. If you're working with a tortilla, coat both sides with cooking spray and place on a jar of pastry cream. Gently press the rim of the tortilla against the cup. Or use if you have a taco pot. You can get it at Dollar General or Walmart.
- Bake the tortillas until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the cup and place directly on the plate.
- Fry minced meat, cook. You can add taco seasoning if you like.
- Add ground beef to tacos, add cooked black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream, and sprinkle with jalapeños.
