Step-by-Step Guide to Make Ultimate Enchiladas

enchiladak

Hello everyone, my name is Dave and welcome to my recipe page. Today I'm going to show you how to make a special dish, a quick enchilada recipe. This is one of my favorite recipes. This time I'm going to make it a little special. It will be very nice.

Let's face it, cooking isn't a priority for every man, woman or child on the planet. In fact, many people prioritize learning to cook in their lives. Generally, this means that people often focus on the right combination of food and packaging instead of spending time and effort preparing healthy meals for our family and personal tastes.

Cooking healthy food can be tricky because most of us don't want to take the time to plan and prepare meals that our family members won't eat. At the same time, we must make our families healthier by learning new and improved ways to prepare healthy foods that our families can enjoy (and, unfortunately, hate in some cases).

Many people find that preparing healthy meals is more expensive than preparing packaged foods with slightly more calories and additives. The reality of the situation is that if we compare health care spending with the near future, then in comparison with this they seem to be reduced. Yes, very good food costs more. Often this is just a fact of life. But by learning to control the parts and eating the right parts, you will actually spend less when you adjust to the food levels you need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

The taste of an enchilada is influenced by the type of ingredients, then the choice of fresh ingredients, skill in slicing food, preparation and serving methods. If you want to make delicious enchiladas at home, don't worry if you already know the trick, you can use this dish as a special dish.

To start this recipe, we need to prepare some ingredients first. You can make enchiladas with 14 ingredients and 19 steps. Here's how to do it.

Ingredients and spices needed for making shells:

  1. 3 garlic cloves
  2. 2 tablespoons ground pepper
  3. 2 xq ground coriander
  4. 2 x ground cumin
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. 1 salt
  7. 1 1/4 pounds steak with knife or veal beef
  8. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  9. 2 medium onions, grated
  10. 1 box of tomato sauce, 15 ounces
  11. 3/4 cup water
  12. 2 cups cheddar cheese
  13. 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  14. 10-12 six-inch corn tortillas

Steps to Cook Enchiladas

  1. Cut off the waist of each slice.
  2. Wipe each slice with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, fry both chops until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
  4. Remove meat from skillet and add onion.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. While the onion is cooking, combine the garlic, chili powder, coriander, cumin, sugar and 1 tablespoon in a small salted food processor, chop finely and mix well.
  7. Add the garlic to the onion mixture and cook for about 1 minute.
  8. Add tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil.
  9. reduce heat, return meat and each drop to saucepan, cover and cook over heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
  10. If you are using ground beef, follow the same procedure, but only cook for 15 minutes. The ground beef will absorb the juices, so add water to 1 3/4 cups.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and make sure the baking sheet is in the middle position.
  12. Pour the sauce mixture into a medium bowl to remove most of the sauce from the meat.
  13. Use forks to completely shred the meat and mix in 1 cup of cheese and cilantro.
  14. Spread the sauce wide enough to cover the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan.
  15. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 1 minute.
  16. Spread 1/3 cup beef mixture between each tortilla and wrap well.
  17. Repeat the procedure until all the filler is used.
  18. Pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas.
  19. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then cover with foil and cook 20 minutes, remove paper and continue cooking 5-10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

While it's definitely not the end, this could be a complete quick and easy meal preparation guide worth considering. The hope is to pour out your creative juices so you can make a wonderful dinner for your family without having to cook terribly heavy meals for the experience.
