  15. 4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  16. 6 lasagna noodles
  17. 16 ounces cottage cheese/cottage cheese
  18. 1 egg
  19. 1 slice of mozzarella

Steps to make cheese lasagna and sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic until golden brown. Add the peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. Serve with sugar, basil, Italian spices, 1 tbsp salt, pepper and 2 tbsp chopped parsley. Cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
