When it comes to cooking healthy meals for the family, there are always divisions within the ranks. The fantasy is that there are recipes that have become healthy, but the healthy nature of these recipes is very hidden. What they don't know in such cases really shouldn't affect their lifestyle (because of an allergy that can never be ruled out).
Preparing healthy meals is often difficult because most of us don't want to take the time to plan and prepare meals that our family doesn't want to eat. At the same time, we need our families to be healthy, so we're under pressure to figure out better and newer ways to prepare healthy (and unfortunately, in some cases, neglected) family meals.
Another fantastic cooking basics is to try simpler recipes for a while and then expand your horizons to more complex recipes, of which there are many. Most recipes have a little note on the difficulty level and you can check the recipe to see if you want to make it and if you are confident you can do it. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, and it will take a relatively long time to build up a solid "repertoire" of recipes to use in rotation in your kitchen.

I love gyoza dumplings, but I'm wary of store-bought ones, so I make them myself. After making it a few times and experimenting with the ingredients, I finally settled on this one. I wanted a recipe with easy to understand ratios. Use it as a base and modify it to your liking. I don't salt the cabbage to preserve the crunch, but that means the filling will fall apart over time, so I recommend making the gyoza balls as soon as the filling is ready. At the end, add Chinese shallots and green onions to preserve their flavor and aroma. Gives 40 to 50 balls. Recipe courtesy of GermanMama
