Easiest Way to Make Speedy Lasagna Soup

Hi everyone, I'm Brad and welcome to our food guide page. Today we will prepare a special dish, the steps for making a quick lasagna soup. This is one of my favorite recipes. For myself, I make it a little salty. It will be so delicious.

My wife and I doubled the recipe to make a whole pot of soup.

Ingredients and spices for lasagna soup;

  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1/4 teaspoon garlic flour
  3. 3 1/2 cups Swanson beef with onions or radishes. If I don't find another, Caldo de Race
  4. 1 can (14.5 ounces) chopped unripe tomatoes (chopped tomatoes like onions, peppers, etc.)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground dried Italian spices
  6. 1 1/2 cups raw mini lasagne pasta (malfada) or cork pasta (rotini)
  7. 1/4 cup fried parmesan cheese

Steps for making lasagna soup

  1. Boil minced meat with garlic flour in a 3 liter saucepan. After golden color, remove excess fat.
  2. Mix the soup, tomatoes and Italian spices in the oven. Heat until it boils.
  3. Add noodles. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Stir for 10 minutes. Add cheese and serve.
  4. You can serve it with extra cheese if you like. I also added 2 small canned mushrooms to my soup. I warmed it up a bit. Feel free to browse!
